Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We offer $25 flat rate shipping anywhere across Canada. For orders over $149, shipping is free. You may also choose to pick up your order at our Edmonton warehouse to avoid shipping costs. Orders are typically ready for pick up the same day.

We will always choose the best available shipping carrier, but Loomis Express and Canada Post are most popular. With our standard shipping rates, shipping time is generally between 3-9 business days. You will be sent tracking information when your order leaves our warehouse.

 

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs (typically between $15-$35 depending on the size of the order). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Canada, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Refunds



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
